I bought this thinking I’d have it up and running quickly, but the setup was a pain. The app kept dropping the device, and then I’d have to start over again, which got old fast. At one point it just wasn’t doing the thing anymore, so I had to restart everything.

Mounting it wasn’t much better. The directions felt kind of vague, and the parts didn’t make it super obvious what was supposed to go where. Maybe someone who’s more handy would figure it out faster, but I was just standing there trying to make sense of it.

After about an hour outside messing with it, I still wasn’t totally sure it was installed the right way. For what it costs, I really expected the whole process to be a lot smoother.

I’ve been using this weather app for a while now, it’s really simple to use. The alerts are helpful without being annoying, and everything just works the way you’d expect. It’s nice having an app I can quickly check and trust when I’m planning my day. Little things like that make life feel a bit less stressful, and I really appreciate it.

The weather forecasts are usually close, so I don’t really have complaints there. The frustrating part is my smart home setup randomly disconnects every now and then. It’s not the worst thing ever, but it gets annoying, especially when it feels like the issue is kind of brushed off instead of actually looked into.

Not gonna lie, I was disappointed with how inaccurate the weather readings were for my area. It showed 0.00 rain while it was literally pouring outside, so that immediately made me question the whole thing.
The wind numbers didn’t seem right either, and when I compared it with nearby stations, it just didn’t line up. Maybe it works better in other locations, but for me it wasn’t useful at all if you actually need reliable local weather info.

I liked the look of it when I first set it up, and it seemed like it would do the job fine. Unfortunately, after just a few months outside, the plastic cracked during the first real storm we had, which was disappointing. It’s still a nice idea and looked good while it lasted, but I wish it had been made a little sturdier...

Support got back to me super fast and fixed my issue the same day. Really appreciated it, tbh.
